How can the industry work toward a more equitable system for all? If the principles of diversity and inclusion are about anything, they're about recognizing that no one person has all the answers—each of us brings our unique perspective to the table, one piece of a larger puzzle. But when those pieces are combined, there's no telling what sort of grand larger vision that collaboration will reveal.
