THE APP SPECTRUM RE:Focus Analytics Looking to give clients up-to-date information without the hassle of finding available Wi-Fi? RE:Focus Analytics may work for your needs. This app is designed for agents and sellers who need to see market trends in a hurry. The app uses MLS data sets only; it is heavily focused on analytics and uses lenses so that an agent can focus on a set of data and then take the information to places that may not have readily available Internet. The app is in beta mode and will be released for mass consumption next month. Users pay a $49-per-month subscription fee to a la mode for access. Available for: 22 Banc It: Scoring Edition Retail bankers have another tool to help prepare them for risk management training. Banc It: Scoring Edition is the mobile companion to ScoringLab, a simulation game training product. It is a suite of products designed to assist bankers in improving their use of credit scores and providing better customer service to clients. The app familiarizes bankers with terminology, reinforces concepts, and introduces changing market conditions. Available for: JotNot Pro Need to scan multiple PDFs on the go? Try JotNot Pro, a portable scanner that allows you to scan the pages into your phone, name them, add pages, and reorder them as needed. The program lets you sort documents by name and date, and works well with both Evernote and Dropbox. Scanned documents can be faxed to phone numbers and attached to zip files. The app will automatically back up all scans and gives you the ability to send documents as PDFs, JPEGs, and PNG files in emails. It even has presets for receipts. Not only can you create lists on your iPhone or iPad, but your friends and colleagues can import your lists to their devices as well. The app allows automatic backup and sync on Dropbox. Users can manually reorder lists, duplicate lists, and conduct comprehensive searches in the program. And, it has password protection so that the more personal lists can remain private. Users can access thousands of home listings and narrow down their searches by location and number of bedrooms, as well as price a local, professional RE/ MAX agent.
