Without further ado, meet our 2019 EAB. DAWN ADAMS SVP of Default Servicing, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation During her tenure at RoundPoint, Adams has developed operational processes designed to ensure all default activities are processed in compliance with all regulatory requirements. She is responsible for the oversight of the Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, and Claims Departments. Before joining the company in 2009, Adams held leadership roles with Taylor, Bean and Whitaker Mortgage Corp. where she advanced her mortgage career as a senior leader within the Accounting Department to Director of Construction Lending. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. RAY BROUSSEAU President, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC Ray Brousseau is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Carrington's lending and servicing businesses, from origination through fulfillment, as well as servicing operations, for the fast-growing enterprise. Under his leadership, both Carrington's full-service mortgage lending business with wholesale, retail and centralized sales and operations, as well as its high-touch specialty servicing businesses have experienced unprecedented growth and operational results. Before joining Carrington in 2011, he was EVP of Citi's CitiFinancial Servicing business, where he launched a national organization with 176 service centers in 45 states that was tasked with servicing more than $10 billion of distressed consumer loans. TENDAYI KAPFIDZE Chief Economist, LendingTree Tendayi Kapfidze leads the company's analysis of the U.S. economy with a focus on housing and mortgage market trends. Kapfidze served as Director of Global Economics at Pfizer, Director of Economic and Capital Markets Research at Ally Financial, and as VP and Senior Economic Analyst in the chief investment office at Bank of America. Tendayi earned his B.S. in Engineering Management at Saint Louis University and his M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York. COURTNEY THOMPSON Director, Default Servicing Operations, Flagstar Bank Courtney ompson is responsible for all consumer default assets at Flagstar, including the default call center and the design and operation of the bank's default servicing oversight model. Her role also encompasses management of the specialty servicing vendor partners who perform the front-line servicing for each of the functional areas of default (loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO), as well as Flagstar's cross-functional oversight team. She received a bachelor's in English and Political Science at Western Michigan University and a doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law East. JACOB WILLIAMSON VP of Single Family Real Estate, Fannie Mae In his role, Jacob Williamson is responsible for various servicing and REO functions, including short sales, foreclosure auction strategy, eviction/redemption oversight, mortgage releases and rental operations, property preservation/inspections, repairs, closing/title, HOA/Tax management, REO sales, and REO auctions. He is also responsible for performance management of the real estate agents and vendors. Since joining Fannie Mae in 2006, he has served in various leadership roles including responsibilities of operational analysis and reporting, vendor management, disbursement processing and automation, process improvement, real estate sales, credit loss management analytics and reporting, and project management.
