Michael Feder is president and CEO of Radar Logic
Incorporated, a data analytic company that enables the
creation of financial derivatives on otherwise nontradable asset classes. The company's initial products
are based on real estate values and have enabled the
creation of futures on real estate, which are now
available on the CBOE Futures Exchange. Feder
has spent more than 30 years in financial services. He's held management
positions at the Chase Manhattan Bank, the First Boston Corporation, and
CSFB. His experience includes project finance, public and private capital
markets, and derivatives as well as strategic advisory and M&A. Feder is a
graduate of Hamilton College.

Dr. Stan Humphries is the chief economist of
Zillow Inc., a real estate information marketplace.
Humphries joined the company as one of its earliest
employees in 2005 and created the Zestimate and its
first algorithm. Since that time, he has built out the
company's economics and analytic team. Prior to joining
Zillow, Humphries spent five years at Expedia where
he ran the advanced analytics team. Before Expedia he served as a researcher
and faculty member at the University of Virginia and was previously a
Presidential Management Fellow with tenures at NASA, the Office of Science
and Technology Policy in the Executive Office of the President, and the
Technology Administration within the Department of Commerce.
