She also oversees business development efforts, solutions delivery, and provides operational leadership guidance. RADHIKA OJHA is an independent writer and editor. A former Online Editor and currently a reporter for DS News, she is a graduate of the University of Pune, India. Upon completion of her master's degree, Ojha worked at a national English daily publication in India (e Indian Express) where she was a staff writer in the cultural and arts features section. Ojha also worked as Principal Correspondent at HT Media Ltd and at Honeywell as an executive in corporate communications. VINCENT SPOTO has more than 25 years' experience in the mortgage banking and financial services sector, having held senior management roles with JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse. Currently one of three Founding Partners and a Manag- ing Director of RRMS Advisors, Spoto provides advisory and consulting services relating to servicer surveillance, default management, asset disposition, compliance monitoring, and risk management. His firm also provides expert witness and discovery litigation support services. MARISSA M. YAKER, ESQ., is the Managing Attorney of Foreclosure for Padgett Law Group (PLG). PLG is a full-service credi- tors' rights law firm with GSE compliant practices in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and Arkansas. Yaker's practice is primarily focused on creditors' rights and foreclosure, an area of law in which she has actively practiced for five years.
