NTC's popular Curative Vault Services are more transparent and manageable through the PortalLink platform, giving both mortgage servicing and capital markets valuable tools to add efficiencies to many lines of business. This gives the client full transparency to the file and/or document history including file requests, file returns, tracking information, and images of all documents. DELIVERY PLATFORM NTC's technology has enabled corporate growth and expansion by diversifying and adding additional services. The need for efficient tracking of custodial exceptions, the fast and accurate processing of documents needed to cure exceptions, and the transparency needed on very complex workflows demanded that a solution was developed to cater to industry needs.
