Moody have become shareholders of Codilis & Stawiarski, P.C. (C&S), the Codilis firms' Texas office. Moody will serve as President of the firm, and Codilis as VP. Co-Founder Leo Stawiarski will be leaving the firm to dedicate time and focus on his national collections practice, LCS Financial Services Corporation. Fellow Co- Founder, Ernest J. Codilis, Jr., will continue his involvement as a shareholder and firm officer. In addition to serving as President at C&S, Moody will continue to serve as President of Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C., and VP at Codilis & Associates, P.C. Likewise, Codilis will continue to serve as President of Codilis & Associates, P.C. Both Moody and Codilis are shareholders in all of the Codilis firms and have combined industry experience of more than 40 years. MEMBERSHIP GROUPS DIANE TOMB APPOINTED AS ALTA CEO e American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, has named Diane Tomb as its new CEO, effective July 1. Tomb, who has over 20 years' experience in the housing industry, will use her deep advocacy and public policy expertise on behalf of ALTA and its members. "Diane is a recognized leader who understands the intersection of politics and business and the importance of informed public policy advocacy. She is the right person to lead ALTA and build on its successful legacy," said Cynthia Durham Blair NTP, ALTA's President. Tomb served as the Executive Director of the National Rental Home Council. She also served as President and CEO of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Previously, she served as Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs at the Department of Housing and Urban Development during the George W. Bush administration. She is the right person to lead ALTA and build on its successful legacy." —Cynthia Durham Blair, President, ALTA MQMR HIRES JEFF CHRISTENSEN Mortgage Quality Management and Research, (MQMR) has announced the appointment of Jeff Christensen as its VP of Sales. In this role, Christensen will be responsible for leading sales, driving new business opportunities, and expanding awareness of the MQMR brand in the market. "Compliance is one of the main core competencies upon which MQMR hangs its hat, and to have someone that has been as deeply immersed in mortgage compliance as Jeff Christensen is a tremendous win for our organization," said Michael Steer, President at MQMR. Christensen brings more than 10 years of mortgage compliance experience to MQMR, having served as both the CFO and CEO of Mortgage Compliance Advisors (MCA), of which he was a founding member in 2008. BRANDON BAKER TO LEAD WFG'S DALLAS DIVISION WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG), announced that Brandon Baker has been named the new President of the company's Dallas-Fort Worth division. In this role, Baker will manage the day- to-day administrative operations for the DFW market, including working with the WFG team to establish short- and long-term goals, plans and strategies. He will also be looking to recruit additional revenue-producing employees to add to the company's branches. Baker comes to WFG from another title company, where he was responsible for strategic growth, fee attorney operations, and recruiting. Before that, he held several executive sales positions. "Joining WFG and leading the DFW office is a great opportunity to continue to develop in this marketplace," Baker said. "With our current team and new recruits, we look to build on our relationships with the local real estate community to increase our market share."
