NEBRASKA New Operations in Omaha Churchill Mortgage, a provider of con- ventional, FHA, VA, and USDA residential mortgages across 46 states, announced its expansion with a new location in Omaha, Nebraska. According to Churchill, this newest addition to its operation will allow local bor- rowers to attain the resources needed to make better mortgage decisions. In Omaha, homes sell faster than any other large metro city in the United States, according to a national analysis by real estate franchiser Re/Max. With an average of just 32 days on the market, Omaha's housing market is competitive. In comparison, the national average is 59 days on the market for homes in other large metro areas in the United States. In response to this fast-moving market, Churchill has expanded into Omaha to sup- port local buyers' mortgage needs. e new of- fice will be led by Cody Levinson and Lynette Arrasmith, offering more than 20 years of combined mortgage industry experience to the local community. Both have licenses in mul- tiple states, including Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado. Enhancing Digital Lending Mortech, the Nebraska-based Zillow Group company that provides mortgage technology solutions for mortgage lenders and secondary market teams is integrating its prod- uct and pricing engine (PPE) with Blend. e company said that the integration provides lenders using Blend and Mortech the ability to provide real-time mortgage offers with an online mortgage platform to confi- dently guide borrowers through the mortgage loan process. "Borrowers shopping for mortgage financ- ing continue to demand a combination of guided online self-service tools with personal and professional support," said Doug Foral, General Manager at Mortech. "Mortech and Blend can better deliver real-time mortgage pricing and investor data to provide direct mortgage products and pricing to borrowers and enable lenders to make borrower-specific loan product decisions." rough the Blend platform, lenders can provide a more transparent online mortgage experience to improve borrower conversion and increase efficiency.
