Kapfidze served as Director of Global Eco- nomics at Pfizer, Director of Economic and Capital Markets Research at Ally Financial, and as VP and Senior Economic Economic Analyst in the chief investment office at Bank of America. JERRY MAVELLIA has more than 20 years' REO property management, property preserva- tion, and construction experience. Mavellia successfully built an organization of over 800 employees and 30 field offices across the country. He managed all iterations of the HUD single-family management program dating back to 1993. Mavellia also led the Fannie Mae REO Field Service Contract Team, which scored No. 1 in service nation- ally for 36 consecutive months. ED MULLEN is CEO of Cyprexx Services LLC, a national field service company that provides quality, cost-effective property preservation services. He is responsible for running all facets of the business and has a proven track record of accomplishments including several years of transactions in the private equity sector prior to joining Cyprexx Services, LLC. LOUIS SALERNO, ESQ. represents numerous property preservation companies and is Chief Legal Counsel to Guardian Asset Management. From 2010 to 2014 Salerno was General Counsel at Asset Management Specialists. His background is as a corporate attorney who spent more than 20 years in Washington, D.C., practicing government contracts, vendor management, and employ- ment law. SETH WELBORN is a Reporter for DS News and MReport. A graduate of Harding University, he has covered numerous topics across the real estate and default servicing industries. Additionally, he has written B2B marketing copy for Dallas-based companies such as AT&T. An East Texas Native, he also works part-time as a photographer.
