website developed by Home and Garden
TV (HGTV). The website is a tool for
prospective homebuyers and real estate
professionals to interact separately
and together on the Internet. The site
features listings for buyers, space for
sellers to list their homes, guides and
advice to new and existing homebuyers,
a blog, and updates from the network
where users can enter contests and win
prizes. Agents have exclusive access to
the members only part of the site.
App is for potential homebuyers who are
unsure if they qualify for a home after
going through a foreclosure. Despite
the economic downturn of the past
few years, Americans are still hopeful
about the prospect of purchasing a
home even after going through the
foreclosure process. To make those
potential homebuyers' searches
easier, AfterForeclosure.com created
an app that offers the latest lending
guidelines and borrowing eligibility.
Users can submit information into the
purchase pop quiz. If the quiz results are
undesirable, the app tells the user what
he or she should do to become eligible.
