Based in Carrollton, Texas, a360inc provides case management system technology and practice management services to law firms, title agencies and underwriters, and mortgage companies and investors. BUSINESS LINES, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES Claims Maximization (CMAX) is a foreclosure- based system that consists of three claims processing modules: Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and Conventional Mortgage Insurance claims that includes FNMA and FHLMC investor billings. CMAX is built on a scalable, client server Oracle® platform and is used for its comprehensive logic and edit checks for the accuracy and timely filing of claims. Key features include: » Central Repository: CMAX is a central repository for each claim being processed that tracks the lifecycle of a claim, including claim curtailment reasons and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) claim rejection data. » HUD P&P Limits: Includes HUD Property and Preservation (P&P) and attorney fee limits that can be accessed within the application. This ensures the items being claimed are reflected properly on the claim form and the amounts stay within the allowable matrix from the servicing guide. » Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): CMAX will file claims on behalf of servicers for HUD and mortgage insurers including: Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, Radian, PMI, Triad, United Guaranty, Republic Mortgage Insurance Company (RMIC), Genworth, CMG, Essent®, and National Mortgage Insurance Corporation. » Loss Analysis: HUD's Advice of Payment is received and loaded into CMAX allowing for reconciliation of claim payments. Upon receipt, Loss Analysis is used to determine if a supplemental claim is needed. » Management Tools: Contains a suite of standard management reports and can customize ad-hoc queries and reports. Claim data is not purged and always available for historical reporting for active customers. COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE » Longevity: The application was established over 20 years ago and has sustained various housing market changes. The first customer that used CMAX is still filing claims in the application today. » Client Base: There are currently 28 clients using CMAX for claims processing through licensing the system and/or outsourcing services. This includes a combination of banks, servicers, and third-party vendors. » Client Support: The business support team has over 30 years of industry knowledge and familiarity with the servicing guides. Each client has a central point of contact that develops an understanding of specific business needs. ADDED VALUE » Reliability: The database is available to customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Other than routinely scheduled maintenance, there has been no system availability downtime over the last five years. » Accuracy: As servicing guides change, CMAX is updated to ensure the logic within the application correlates to updates made by agencies. There have been no known penalties assessed to customers through audits. » Customization: Ability to customize application by allowing data files to be loaded in order to minimize manual entry. This improves accuracy and efficiency. a360inc's suite of technology platforms includes CaseAware, the leading case management system for creditors rights' law firms; and mortgage servicing technology solutions VendorScape, CMAX, and iClear. a360inc also offers business process and practice management outsourcing solutions, consulting, and compliance tools for the mortgage servicing industry.
