While four of our EAB are returning this year, we are proud to welcome our new member, Kim Yowell of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. We also would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Raymond Brousseau, formerly of Carrington Mortgage Services, who served as a member of our EAB in 2019. Brousseau is now a Partner and EVP, Strategy and Expansion for River City Mortgage. We thank him for his contributions last year and look forward to continuing to work with him in the years to come. DAWN ADAMS SVP of Default Servicing, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation Dawn Adams is responsible for the oversight of the Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, Claims, and REO Departments. During her tenure at RoundPoint, Adams has developed operational processes designed to ensure all default activities are processed in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Prior to joining RoundPoint in 2009, Adams held a leadership role with Taylor, Bean, and Whitaker Mortgage Corp. as the Director of Construction Lending. Adams obtained her B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida. TENDAYI KAPFIDZE Chief Economist, LendingTree Tendayi Kapfidze leads the company's analysis of the U.S. economy with a focus on housing and mortgage market trends. Kapfidze served as Director of Global Economics at Pfizer, Director of Economic and Capital Markets Research at Ally Financial, and as VP and Senior Economic Analyst in the chief investment office at Bank of America. Tendayi earned his B.S. in Engineering Management at Saint Louis University and his M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York. COURTNEY THOMPSON SVP and Director of Default Servicing Operations, Flagstar Bank Courtney ompson is responsible for all consumer default assets at Flagstar, including default call center and the design and operation of Flagstar Bank's component default servicing oversight model—including the management of the specialty servicing vendor partners as well as Flagstar's crossfunctional oversight team. JACOB WILLIAMSON VP, Single-Family Collateral Risk Management, Fannie Mae At Fannie Mae, Jacob Williamson is responsible for oversight and management of all end-to-end collateral capabilities. ese include front-end collateral policy design, property valuations, collateral valuation process modernization, and real estate. In the real estate space, Williamson is responsible for various foreclosure and REO functions, including short sales, foreclosure sale strategy, eviction/redemption oversight, mortgage release/rental operations, property preservation/ inspections, repairs, closing/title, HOA/tax management, REO sales, and REO auctions. KIM YOWELL EVP of Servicing, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation Kim Yowell has over 30 years of management experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in the accounting and finance side of the mortgage business, and has been focused on servicing and operations for the past 20 years. Prior to her role at Fairway, Yowell held key leadership positions at CTX Mortgage Company, First Horizon Home Loans, Metlife Bank, and BoK Financial. Yowell has also served on the Freddie Mac Advisory Board, the MBA Loan Administration Committee, the Black Knight Servicer Advisory Board, and the Fiserv Servicing Advisory Board.
