16 L E G A L P R O V I D E R S ZBS LAW, LLP, ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGING PARTNERS National Erin McCartney is the Managing Bankruptcy Partner in the firm's Irvine office. She has over eight years' experience representing clients in bankruptcy-related matters. Prior to joining the firm, McCartney practiced as one of the highest single- volume and billing bankruptcy attorneys in the state of Nebraska. She specialized in complex bankruptcy matters relating to all Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings, including motions for relief, preference avoidance actions, adversary proceedings, and Chapter 13 plan confirmation trials. McCartney also successfully argued an appeal before the 8th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, which created new precedent on lien avoidance. While practicing in Nebraska, she also served on the Nebraska Court's Bankruptcy Practice Committee and the Nebraska Bankruptcy Court's Mediation Committee. Kim Lepore-Quam is the Managing Arizona Partner of the Phoenix office. Lepore-Quam has over 20 years' litigation experience, including over 14 years' experience in all aspects of default servicing and mortgage banking litigation representing and defending lenders, investors, loan servicers, and foreclosure trustees. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Lepore-Quam started up and was the Managing Attorney of the Arizona office for two regional law firms for eight years, including a period where she managed loan servicing, title, and bankruptcy matters across the country for a nationwide loan servicer. Lepore-Quam has extensive experience with mortgage default litigation, title curative litigation, eviction matters, foreclosures, and appellate practice. Brad Klein is the Managing Litigation Partner in the firm's Irvine office. Klein regularly practices in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the Western Region of the United States and represents clients in all phases of litigation. He is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico. Klein is a civil litigation trial attorney with a focus on real estate and business disputes including lender, loan servicer, and trustee defense. BWW LAW GROUP ADDS TWO MEMBERS BWW Law Group, LLC, announced the addition of two new members, Andrew Brenner and Robert Michael. Brenner has served as Director of Firm Operations since he joined the firm in 2015. Michael manages the Virginia default and litigation practices and joined the firm in 2009. Brenner has several years of first chair litigation experience primarily representing institutional banks, title insurance companies, investment groups, and mortgage servicers. I have successfully argued cases in the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, and all of the trial courts of Maryland. Michael represents institutional lending clients and real estate trustees in state and federal court litigation relating to residential real estate lending and enforcement of security instruments.
