PLANET HOME LENDING ANNOUNCES SERVICING HIRE Planet Home Lending, LLC, a national lender and servicer, has hired Maureen Morais as Controller in the Servicing Operations Division. Morais will seek ways to use automation to increase cost efficiencies, reduce risk, and improve results for Planet's owned mortgage servicing rights and in the private client port- folio assets managed by Planet Management Group. Prior to joining Planet, Morais spent nine years at Capital One (formerly known as Beech Street Capital, LLC), and had accounting roles at Farmer Mac and PricewaterhouseCoopers. S E R V I C E R P R O V I D E R S TOTAL EXPERT WELCOMES MATT TIPPETS AS ITS CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER Fintech company Total Expert announced Matt Tippets as its new Chief Product Officer. In this newly created role, Tippets will lead product strategy, product management, design, product marketing, and program management and report to Total Expert Founder and CEO Joe Welu. With nearly 20 years' experience in enter- prise cloud-based software, Tippets most recently served as VP of Product for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where he launched multiple new product lines and led the rapid growth of several of the most widely adopted products within Marketing Cloud's portfolio. Prior to his time at Salesforce, Tippets led marketing and product management for Parature, a cloud-based customer service software platform which would later be acquired by Microsoft. In his new role, Tippets will focus on cre- ating the market's leading platform that banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders need in order to provide timely and relevant guidance to their customers. REALTYTRAC NAMES RICK SHARGA EVP OF MARKETING Former Ten-X and Car- rington executive Rick Sharga has joined Realty- Trac as its EVP of Market- ing. Sharga brings decades of experience in consumer marketing, business development, and data operations to the role. ATTOM Data Solutions, foreclosure data licensor and parent company to RealtyTrac, a foreclosure listings and search portal, announced Sharga's appointment. In this position, Sharga will oversee Realty- Trac's marketing and public relations initiatives and implement new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. "As ATTOM continues its growth and expansion in the data licensing business, we also have been revitalizing RealtyTrac, one of the original and strongest online brands in the U.S. residential real estate market," said Rob Barber, CEO of ATTOM Data Solutions. LERETA PROMOTES JONNINE ERAS TO SVP OF OPERATIONS LERETA, a national real estate tax and flood services provider, has promoted Jonnine Eras, a 21-year tax servicing veteran, to SVP of Tax Operations. In her new role, Eras will continue to manage operational efficiencies and excellence with the departments that deliver standard tax service to more than 4,000 clients as well as the company's customer facing client care and new client implementation teams that make tax service and conversions simple for our customers and their borrowers.
