partner, ZipRealty. Behind the paywall,
users can access even more granular
information, such as school ratings,
home appreciation rates, and crime rates.

REDFIN.COM
With local brokerage services in
16 states and Washington, D.C., the
Redfin.com property database is a
valuable tool for locating assets. The
website pulls data from the multiple
listing service (MLS) and refreshes every
15 minutes to ensure the most current
properties are displayed. Users have
access to descriptions of recent deals
and reviews from past customers when
evaluating Redfin agents. With 4 million
users on the website each month, sales
translated to more than $1.1 billion in
2011.
