THE APP SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGY FOR DEFAULT SERVICING PROFESSIONALS ON-THE-GO Todoist TripIt TurboScan iExit RulerPhone With a virtual to-do list, this app allows users to organize every meeting and deadline in an easyto-read environment. Tasks can be nested under headings, assigned priority, individually labeled, and color-coded so all upcoming projects will be easy to find and impossible to forget. From a one-time event to recurring engagements, Todoist records all the important details so completing tasks is as painless as possible. The app even synchronizes tasks across any device—from smartphones to desktops— so users never have to reenter data. It's even available offline, which comes in handy when traveling by air. Manage all the facets of your business trip—book airline tickets, rental cars, restaurants, and hotels—and turn it all into one master itinerary with the TripIt app. Even such details as maps, directions, and weather are organized in the interface, allowing one-touch access to what would otherwise be spread over multiple websites. Globe-trotting users can check in for flights, share their travel plans with others, and print off itineraries. And entertainment hounds can easily book theater or event tickets from inside the app. TripIt Pro also adds the convenience of travel alerts and notifications, such as flight delays or cancellations and gate changes. Easily transform physical documents into a PDF or JPG with TurboScan. This app turns the iPhone into a multipage scanner for everything from receipts to contracts and converts scans to pictures in under four seconds. Using advanced algorithms, it straightens documents for the correct perspective and maintains contrast so documents are easily readable. Users can control brightness, color, and orientation. Multipage editing allows users to add, delete, and reorder pages, and with the "email to myself" option, quickly send files to an inbox to access from other devices using Dropbox, Evernote, or Google Drive. When going from one property to the next, iExit makes traveling easier. The app tells drivers what's on the road ahead in real time, and users can save custom settings that allow them to filter what the app shows on the map and be notified when a flagged business—like Starbucks—is coming up in front of them. When on the interstate, the app will read the road and identify the next 100 exits ahead. If they select a specific exit, users will see a list of businesses on that route—select a specific business and the app provides its phone number, turn-by-turn directions, a link to its website, and a list of amenities. If a client needs the dimensions of a room in a pinch and no tape measure or straight edge is available, the RulerPhone is an acceptable substitute. Users simply take a picture of the object they wish to measure with their iPhone, and the app quickly calculates the object's length or distance. Once the app is launched, it provides clear directions on how to measure up to 12 feet in length. With zoom capability, users can finetune the measurements for the highest level of accuracy. The latest version can also measure the distance between the iPhone's camera and an object and saves the measurements to the photo library.
