FORCE SUMMER
SUMMIT
The 2013 FORCE Summer
Summit brought together two
sides of the industry. The elite
agents and brokers of the FORCE network met with top
lenders, servicers, and asset managers for a day filled
with enlightening education and effective networking
opportunities. The day began with academic panels
covering a range of pressing topics including short sale
transactions, HUD inventories, REO-to-rental strategies,
and the outlook from an REO servicer's perspective.
The panels were followed by a roundtable exchange,
which placed agents and servicing representatives at
the same table to discuss specific concerns, regional
trends, and inventory projections. The FORCE servicing
partners participating in the event included Bank
of America, Citi, First Preston HT, iServe, One West
Bank, Real Time Resolutions Inc., ServiceLink Asset
Management, Vericrest Financial, VRM, Wingspan
Portfolio Advisors, and others. The day was capped with
a private reception where Summit attendees enjoyed live
music, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and the
opportunity for powerful networking.
