THE APP SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGY FOR DEFAULT SERVICING PROFESSIONALS ON-THE-GO Neemio Property sellers use the free Neemio app to make their smartphones more useful. Neemio gives real estate sellers the ability to capture and publish images or video of properties with automatic distribution to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, WordPress, and Blogger. Email marketing is made easy also. Contacts can be imported from Hotmail, MSN, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and ICQ accounts to build an email marketing address book. When prospective buyers schedule a property showing, Neemio delivers the information directly to the seller's mobile device. Neemio can also be downloaded to iPad and was designed to transform real estate marketing. LenderApp allows users to easily calculate Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and conventional mortgage payments. It also computes total monthly payments with private mortgage insurance based on the down payment given. The newest feature of this free app, the "how much can I afford" tool, tells users how big of a loan they could qualify for by simply entering income and debt information. It can also be used to calculate other types of loans like auto or other installment loans. The app is free but it requires an activation code provided by a mortgage loan officer or real estate professional. Those not working with a professional can use the code: ZQ 9x7rt13. Looking for "normal" ringtones that don't embarrass or startle when an unexpected call interrupts a meeting? The Business Ringtones app makes classic rings, unique and elegant notification tones, and professional sounding alerts available to Android and Windows users who aren't into pop songs or rude sound effects ringing out from their devices. It's all the simple, office-appropriate tones smartphones are missing. The app is $0.99 for Windows phones and $1.99 for Android, but users can preview, manage, and save up to 75 ringtones to their phone's library. This full-featured app also comes with customer support. Freddie Mac has made the mortgage rate results of its weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) available on its Freddie Mac Mobile app. Both national and regional rate data can now be viewed from any of three major smartphone devices. The app can also estimate monthly principal and interest payments using the most current rates, allowing users to compare the costs associated with various loan types. Historical rate trends and charts provide a snapshot of rate trajectories, with functionality to tweet findings built into the app. It's free to download and also available for iPad notebooks.
