After rolling out several virtual events in response to the challenges of
COVID-19 over the past year, last month the Five Star Institute returned
to in-person events with the Single-Family Rental Summit 2021, held at
the luxurious Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas.
SFRS 2021 brought together top subject-matter experts and SFR
practitioners for discussion panels and training sessions designed to
answer questions and offer viable solutions related to property acquisition
and management; financing; strategies for small, midcap, and large
