S E R V I C E R S ERICK BRYANT NAMED CIO OF AHP SERVICING AHP Servicing has announced the addition of Erick Bryant as Chief Information Officer. Bryant has more than 20 years of experience working in both the software technology and mortgage industries, specializing in designing, launching, and scaling solutions. He began his career at Symantec (now NortonLifeLock), before moving on to Equator (previously REOTrans) in 2007, where he led client management and new product development focused on building customized, web-based workflows to manage distressed real estate mortgages, agents/ brokers, and supporting vendors. "We are thrilled to add Erick to our team," said Jorge Newbery, AHP Servicing Founder and CEO. "His extensive experience in IT solutions and strong leadership qualities will add tremendous value to AHP Servicing." In 2010, Bryant began consulting within the mortgage industry by providing strategy and hands-on expertise at the intersection of operations and technology. In 2015, he was hired as VP of Mortgage Services at LenderLive, where he provided both technical and business Project Management Office (PMO) support for strategic programs, including the design and launch of business process outsourcing (BPO) framework for large clients. After spending a year in Maui, Bryant joined Computershare Loan Services in 2018, where he implemented new methods for borrowers to leverage and securely manage home equity lines of credit on-demand, increasing overall use across multiple points of sale; as well as providing both technology and PMO-related guidance to increase loan portfolio retention. "I am excited to join the dynamic team at AHP Servicing, and I look forward to building solutions that, through 'positive disruption,' enhance returns for our borrowers, investors, and clients," Bryant said. Bryant's addition is the latest move by AHP to bolster its leadership team, as the company recently named Eric Seabrook as President of the company. MARTIN FOSTER JOINS CENLAR AS SVP OF SERVICING OPERATIONS Cenlar FSB, a mortgage loan subservicer and federally chartered wholesale bank, announced that Martin "Marty" Foster, a 35-year veteran in the mortgage banking industry, has joined the company as SVP of Servicing Operations. "We are pleased to have Marty on board at Cenlar. With his extensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of the mortgage banking industry, he is a great addition to our talented team," said Rob Lux, EVP and COO at Cenlar. "Marty will be responsible for automating processes and further building our high-performance team to improve the experience for both our clients and homeowners." Prior to joining Cenlar, Foster was SVP of Servicing and Post Closing at PHH Mortgage where he directed the mortgage servicing and post-closing operation across multiple sites. He has a history of utilizing technology to augment legacy systems and manual processes. "At Cenlar, I want to enhance the execution in operations to drive more client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met. My goal is to build upon the current operation by leveraging both people and technology to create a seamless subservicing platform that provides value to our clients and their homeowners," Foster said. S E R V I C E P R O V I D E R S BRIAN MONTGOMERY JOINS RADIAN'S BOARD Radian Group Inc. has named former Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Commissioner and Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Brian D. Montgomery to its board of directors. Following the completion of his second tenure at HUD, Montgomery most recently served as Deputy Secretary. Prior to his most recent role as Deputy Secretary, Montgomery served two separate terms as FHA Commissioner, from 2005-2009 and from 2018-2020. He first served on Radian's board from 2012-2017, stepping down upon his appointment to rejoin HUD as FHA Commissioner. "We are delighted to welcome Brian back to Radian's board of directors, and we congratulate him on completing his second tenure at HUD," said Herb Wender, Radian's Chairman. "Brian's tremendous expertise and acumen were of great value at the HUD, and the same will be true as he returns to Radian's board.
