I have been in the real estate business
for over 32 years, with experience selling
REO properties of all types and sizes. I
have an in-depth knowledge of all types
of properties: residential, commercial, and
development/redevelopment properties,
and construction management. Currently,
I am the head of RE/MAX Select REO
Team, a group of full-service REO brokers
that I created and implemented. My team
and I have closed well over 500 REO
properties. We are effective, efficient, well
organized, and can navigate the complex
issues and obstacles these properties
sometimes involve. We are always on top
of our properties, ensuring no break-ins,
squatters, or new freeze damage. We have
a good network of contractors willing
to jump when needed, especially in an
emergency. We work extremely hard at
