I am a highly motivated and experienced
Realtor. I specialize in standard sales,
short sales, REOs, first-time buyers, and
repeat homebuyers. I have lived in the
Los Angeles area since 1984 and have
studied real estate market trends and
property values since I became a Realtor
in 1992. I provide free, comparative market
analysis to sellers and free showings to
buyers. I also offer free access to property
listings to my clients. My background
includes finishing up two Bachelor of
Science degrees, employment as a Mine
Safety Engineer for seven years, and
serving honorably in the U.S. Navy for
23 years, where I received a total of 19
