Bio
Tim and Stacy Winfrey have been selling
homes since 1983 and have been with
RE/MAX since 1994. We have sold
foreclosures since the late '90s. We
started listing foreclosures in 2019 for
Xome. We have sold approximately 10
since then. We have completed over 70
flip homes purchased as foreclosures
since 2010 and only lost money on three
of them. We are both looking to increase
our knowledge on listing foreclosures
and to establish long-term business
relationships. We would love to have an
opportunity to work with other companies
to list REO homes.
