I have been a full-time realtor since 2002.
I started REO and short sales in 2008
with smaller local banks. I negotiated
with homeowners with move-out dates,
changed locks, and did clean-outs. I have
had my contractor's license in the past,
so I know construction and remodeling
and what is needed. I have contractors
lined up, ready for various projects and to
secure properties.
