I have over 30 years' experience with
REOs, starting with the Resolution Trust
Corporation in the 1980s during the
national bank crisis. I've done thousands
of BPOs, and 75% of my listings are
REO. I have an administrative assistant
to assist with paperwork, remain
available for phone calls, and follow
the file. We are familiar with RES.NET,
Equator, DispoSolutions, Fannie Mae, and
forms from various asset management
companies. We are skilled, responsible,
and ethical. We maintain an excellent
relationship with our fellow MLS agents
and get high ratings for cooperation. I
have a centralized showing system that
tracks agent showings and provides
feedback from the agents. My team has
the respect of the real estate community
because of our experience and ease of
