I am a tech-savvy broker with 13 years of
REO and short sale experience. I am the
Managing Broker of our REO division. We
are fully staffed and equipped to handle
many services: cash for keys negotiations,
evictions, project management, scoping
repairs for returns, weekly inspections,
and municipal violation mitigation.
Our current clients are Fannie Mae and
Shellpoint Servicing. In addition, we have
a monthly credit line of $150K to front
expenses properties for the properties we
currently manage.
