Bio
I have been involved in REOs for five
years but have been working with
distressed properties since 2005. My
business consists of primarily representing
institutional investors. My team and I
typically manage over 100 assets on
rotation, including all phases, from
property preservation to hitting the
market for sale. I have an extremely high
success rate for negotiating cash for keys.
We take pride in marketing our REOs
with the same quality and marketability
as our organic listings. We are diligent in
providing accurate BPOs and ARVs to
our clients, along with a recommended
course of action for each asset to the
asset manager. Our HUB office is centrally
located in Jackson to cover the entire
state with pleasure and confidence.

Bio
I have been a Realtor with RE/MAX
at Barnegat Bay for 17 years. I have
expanded my business from retail sales
to REO and retail. I enjoy the challenges
that come with growing my business and
taking on challenging problems that come
with getting REO properties to the closing
table. In 2018, I received the Ocean County
Board of Realtors' Realtor of the Year
Award. My passion for real estate started
when I bought my first home at 23. In my
downtime, I love to spend time with my
husband and three daughters vacationing,
kayaking, surfing, and enjoying all things
"Jersey Shore." This also includes hiking
with my two rescue pups, Lobo and Baby.
