As a certified REO professional with over
20 years in the real estate business, I have
personally handled owner resale and
foreclosures sales. In addition, I have sold
properties at courthouse auctions and
held personal property auctions. I began
as an agent of a corporate real estate firm
and, in 2004, opened Accord Realty Inc.,
of which I am Owner and Principal Broker.
My experience covers all aspects of the
multifamily and residential real estate
business, from the listing agent to the
buyer's agent and managing residential
and multifamily rental units. In addition, I
know about the construction and repair of
these properties. I am a local-area expert

I was a previous area management broker
for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (from
1980-2001 privatized) and a property
management broker for HUD. I am a
multi-million dollar producer, mainly for
REO listings sold. We specialize in REO
but excel in all services to customers
and clients. I am a Certified Residential
Appraiser in Arkansas. I was named
Arkansas Realtor of the Year in 1992. I was
Chairman of the Arkansas Real Estate
Commission in 2015. We handle all aspects
of REO, including inspections, lock-outs,
re-keys, secure, BPO, sale, and closing.
