An established REO professional with
12 years of experience as an REO agent
selling assets for local and national
lenders, including Fifth Third Bank, Bank
of New York Mellon, Nationstar Mortgage,
Carrington Real Estate Services, HUD,
and Phoenix Asset Management, among
others. I have personally overseen lock
changes, evictions, debris removal,
CFKs, and the other steps necessary to
get properties to market as quickly and
efficiently as possible. Freedom Mortgage,
REO Nationwide, and Covius are new
accounts added in 2019. Xome and
Consolidated Analytics are new clients
added in 2020. I am in the top 10% in sales
for all Realtors in Ohio. My 2018 HUD and
REO listings averaged 28 DOM, and my
REO average sales price vs. listing price
was 100.6%. I sell the majority of my REO
properties to owner-occupants.
