41 COVIUS SETTLEMENT SERVICES GROUP INTEGRATES WITH NETDIRECTOR'S DEFAULT SERVICING PLATFORM Covius, a provider of tech-enabled solutions to the financial services industry, has announced that its Settlement Services Group integrated with NetDirector's full-service, cloud-based default servicing integration platform. Hughes Watters Askanase (HWA), a Houston-based law firm, was the first client to leverage the efficiency of the new integration. e Covius/NetDirector integration will enable HWA's Default Servicing Group to seamlessly order a range of default-related products, including default title and property reports from Covius, and receive them back directly to their case management system. NetDirector's one-to-many style integration hub allows HWA to use the platform to access Covius' services. NetDirector is a certified SOC 2 type II and HIPAA Compliant company, a six-year member of the Inc. 5000, and processes more than nine million transactions per month. "Our goal at Covius is to make it as easy as possible for our clients to do business with us. Internally, we call this approach to partner integrations Covius Connected," said Joe Chappell, EVP of Covius Settlement Services. "e integration allows HWA to continue working with a familiar system, while improving operational efficiency and data integrity by eliminating email messaging and data entry errors." e integration is part of Covius Connected, a broad and flexible strategic blueprint for enhancing the firm's clients' digital experience by increasing transparency, consistency, performance, and ease of integration. All Covius Connected services are intended to be self-serviceable, flexible, scalable, fault tolerant, and secure. Covius Connected simplifies the buying and onboarding processes and shrinks time to value and increases ROI (return on investment) for clients. "We're very excited to connect Covius to the NetDirector default servicing ecosystem," said Harry Beisswenger, CEO of NetDirector. "HWA had a need for this connection, and our partnership with Covius allows us to facilitate that connection in a rapid, scalable, and secure way—with minimal effort or change on the part of the end user."
