I have over 30 years' experience with
REOs, starting with the Resolution Trust
Corporation in the 1980s during the
national bank crisis. I've done thousands
of BPOs, and 75% of my listings are REO.
I have an administrative assistant to
assist with paperwork and to be available
for phone calls and to follow the file.
We are familiar with RES.NET, Equator,
DispoSolutions, and Fannie Mae, and are
familiar with forms from various asset
management companies. We are skilled,
responsible, and ethical. We maintain an
outstanding relationship with our fellow
MLS agents and get high ratings for
cooperation. I have a centralized showing
system which tracks agent showings and
provides feedback from the agents. My
