I was a previous Area Management Broker
for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (Arkansas)
from 1980-2001 (privatized) and a property
management broker for HUD. I am a multi-
million-dollar producer, mostly for REO
listings sold. We specialize in REO but excel
in all services to customers and clients.
I am a Certified Residential Appraiser
in Arkansas and I was named Arkansas
Realtor of the Year in 1992. I was Chairman
of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission
in 2015. I currently serve as the Vice-
Chairman of the Arkansas Home Inspector
Registration Board. We handle all aspects
of REO, including inspections, lock-outs, re-
keys, secure, BPO, sale, and closing.
