John Walsh is the president of Milford,
Connecticut-based Total Mortgage Services, the
parent company of wholesale lender TMS Funding.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut
with a finance degree in hand, Walsh began his
journey in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for
a bank in Hartford, Connecticut. He founded Total
Mortgage Services in 1997 with a customer-centric approach and a clear
mission of responsible lending built on the foundation of a strong back
office and individualized customer service. In 2009, Walsh launched a
wholesale division under the Total Mortgage Services brand called TMS
Funding. Total Mortgage Services was named one of America's fastestgrowing companies by Inc. 500|5000 in 2010. The company is licensed in
21 states.

Rick Sharga has appeared on NBC Nightly News, CNN,
CBS, ABC World News, CNBC, FOX, and NPR.
He has briefed government organizations such as the
Federal Reserve and Senate Banking Committee and
corporations such as JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and
Deutsche Bank on foreclosure trends. He led foreclosure
training for leading real estate organizations, including
RE/MAX, Prudential, and Keller Williams. Before joining Carrington
Mortgage Services, Sharga spent eight years as an SVP at RealtyTrac, where he
was responsible for marketing, business development, and data operations. The
2006 Stevie Award Winner for Best Marketing Executive, Sharga has more
than 20 years' experience developing corporate and product sales and marketing
strategies for such corporations as DuPont, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Toshiba, JD
Edwards, Cox Communications, and Honeywell.
