By LPS' assessment Wyoming's non-current loan rate—a measurement that combines foreclosures and delinquencies as a percentage of all active mortgages in a specific state—was bested only by the rates of Montana and Colorado. Individual figures for each state's mortgage population were not yet available from LPS for the month of August at press time, but in July, the company's data shows Wyoming's delinquency rate was 3.8 percent and its foreclosure inventory rate was a mere 0.6 percent. July's non-current rate of 4.4 percent came in 8.4 percent lower than the rate recorded in July 2012. 96 Village Real Estate Services, Kristy Hairston 92 Millennium Properties and Management Co., Lisa Benfield83 MINNESOTA MinnesotaREO.com84 41 Hudson & Marshall IN THE NEWS TENNESSEE Dimont & Associates 58-59 NetDirector38 OHIO Prism Title & Closing Services 89 SOUTHWEST Lender Processing Services 31 ARIZONA M&M Mortgage Services 32 Options & Opportunities Real Estate, Holly Grigaitis Mortgage Contracting Services 15 National Field Network 38 PEMCO Limited 70 COLORADO RE/MAX Alliance & the Haas Team, Zac Brown 74 35 RE/MAXC3 Safeguard Properties 3 ServiceLinkC2 Shapiro & Kirsch 36 US Best Repair Service 6 TEXAS Team 21 Asset Management, Samantha Roper 93 WEST CALIFORNIA Carter & Associates Realtors, Gary Carter 71 VPS, The Vacant Property Specialists 29 Essex & Harvey, Joyce Essex 71 van Wagenen Financial Services 44 van Wagenen Financial Services 73 Wingspan Portfolio Advisors 5 NEVADA RE/MAX Advantage-Aliante, Larry DeCoursey 86 NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY Home Alliance Realty, Lisa G.
