IN THE NEWS Churchill Mortgage Opens Branch in Portland Industry veteran Dave Gillihan to manage new branch with more than 30 years of experienceChurchill Mortgage opened its first physical branch in Oregon last month, located at 10160 SW Nimbus Avenue in Portland. Licensed home loan specialist Dave Gillihan manages the branch, leveraging more than three decades of industry expertise, including 15 years of valuable leadership experience earned while serving as owner and operator at Four Seasons Mortgage Company and the Gillihan Lending Group, Inc. In both roles, Gillihan specialized in originating conventional prime, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) residential mortgages for borrowers in the greater Portland area. To support efforts in Oregon, Churchill also recruited several local mortgage experts as home loan specialists and for the roles of 90 marketing manager, processor, and office manager. "Our newest branch in Portland is a notable achievement in our efforts to provide sound financial services to borrowers across the country," said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. "Dave and his team's extensive knowledge of and experience in the mortgage industry are indispensable assets that will be fundamental in growing our business in the Pacific Northwest.
