MISSION/FOCUS: The Law Offices of John D. Clunk Co., LPA, was founded in 1999 serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida and now boasts
more than 100 years of combined legal experience. John D. Clunk, founder and CEO, was joined by Andrew A. Paisley, EVP, as a
shareholder in 2007. Robert R. Hoose, shareholder and VP since January 1, 2011, rounds out the current managing partnership of the
Ohio law firm. From the beginning, Clunk's approach has always been to manage and structure the law firm as a business. As such,
the firm is team-driven. Each milestone of the foreclosure represents a department within the firm that is managed by an attorney.
Areas such as litigation, bankruptcy, evictions, and home retention are broken out into their own departments. The firm is always fully
staffed to handle the surges that take place during peak business cycles and strives for maximum results without excessive litigation.
In addition to the law firm, the JDC Family of Companies includes a full-service closing and title company, Omega Title Agency, LLC,
and a process service company, ProcessPro, LLC. The firm's foreclosure clients who conduct business in Kentucky and Florida are
