16 EXPOSURE SEEN ON THE SCENE LEGAL LEAGUE 100 SERVICER SUMMIT The 14th biannual Legal League 100 Servicer Summit brought together the members of the Legal League 100 with industry experts, lenders, servicers, and representatives from government sponsored enterprises on April 17-18 at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. The event commenced with a private networking function hosted at Meso Maya in downtown Dallas the night prior, followed by the Summit's unique open-forum discussions. Subject matter included audits and alerts, case laws, legislation, fast tracking foreclosure, the continued rise of tenant's rights, condo associations, and more. The keynote luncheon featured an address presented by senior analyst in the Office of Supervision Policy at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Ann Thompson.
