NetDirector's developers and the com- pany's client, Wilson & Associates, success- fully integrated the new interface and recently began the process of submitting eligible foreclosed property listings to Auction.com, the country's leading online real estate mar- ketplace for both residential and commercial properties. "Our entire business model is built around the concepts of transparency and efficiency, and this new interface will make working with Auction.com more efficient and more transparent for NetDirector customers," said Eric Johnson, SVP of Auction.com, headquartered in Irvine, California. "As real estate transactions move online, products and services used in the process need to evolve and improve as well. e new NetDirector integration is a great example of that." e new interface allows default servic- ing attorneys to more effectively fulfill the requirement to market foreclosed properties to their servicer and investor clients. With the new interface, default servicing attorneys can automatically submit property listings to Auction.com as opposed to the time-con- suming process of submitting them manually, thus removing the hassle from the process of listing foreclosed properties online. NetDirector's customers can utilize their existing connection to NetDirector in order to quickly and easily ramp up to the new automated technology. "Our goal is to continue to develop new and innovative integration services that add significant value to our customers' op- erations," said Harry Beisswenger, CEO of NetDirector, based in Tampa, Florida. "Our incredibly knowledgeable team has done it yet again by designing and implementing this new set of bi-directional sale type transac- tions, providing both Auction.com and our attorney network many time saving benefits." RES.NET's exclusive software for servicers can connect to existing RES.NET technology or be customized to accommodate the specific business practices and compli- ance considerations of clients. Clients can easily make modifications to their customized workflows on their own, giving them the advantages of a custom solution without the expense of one. "is new service is part of the ongoing evolution of RES.NET," said Keith Guen- ther, CEO and founder of RES.NET and USRES. "In 2003, we designed the RES. NET platform to address the overarching needs of the mortgage industry. Adopting this technology allowed our clients to meet various business requirements and connect all participants of a transaction, includ- ing servicers, banks, vendors, agents, and consumers. We then began offering custom- ized solutions in an enterprise environment, and now we are expanding to offer clients a complete technology service." e custom tasking functionality enabling servicers and asset managers to design customized workflows, define tasks, and administer changes without the use of expen- sive and time-consuming resources was first announced by RES.NET in 2012.
