Quality Control Management – ServiceLink's industry leading quality control program has a 99 percent accuracy rate. One hundred percent of the files are audited by an Independent QC group prior to submission to our client. A minimum of 10 percent of successfully completed files are audited on a monthly basis. Technology – ServiceLink's experience with and years of actively managing short sales files by utilizing MSP, other servicing platforms, and third party systems gives them leverage to maximize use of technology and recommend best practices to their clients.
