MALEY is the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney at Codilis & Associates, P.C. in Illinois and has represented residential mortgage servicers in default related matters for over twenty years. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute's 7th Circuit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference Advisory Board and past chair of both the Chicago Bar Association and DuPage County Bar Association's Bankruptcy committees in Illinois. He is author of numerous bankruptcy and foreclosure related articles and speaks regularly at bar and trade conferences. He received both his J.D. and B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago. GENE COLLETT, CRCM is a Director in the Southern Region of FIS' Enterprise, Governance Risk and Compliance (EGRC) practice. He has over 20 years of servicing, compliance, banking and operational experience in mortgage and consumer lending, correspondence, and deposit operations. His teams evaluate institutions and servicers for consumer compliance, vendor management, UDAAP risk, fair lending risk, and examination (e.g., CFPB, OCC) readiness. ey also assist organizations in creating comprehensive compliance, training, and vendor management programs. His clients include mortgage companies, servicers, banks and credit unions. JEFFREY PUTHOFF is a Staff Attorney at Omega Title Agency, LLC based in Stow, Ohio. Mr. Puthoff joined Omega in 2014 after practicing law in a boutique foreclosure firm, handling foreclosures throughout the State of Ohio. He received his B.A. from Miami University of Ohio and his J.D. from Capital University Law School. Mr. Puthoff is a licensed title agent in Ohio, focusing on residential REO closings.
