As a result a successful servicing platform was built and Home began third party servicing in 2007 to assist investors in reducing their loss severity as a result of the housing crisis. As a result of this management has expanded Home into a licensed servicer that assists national banks, servicers, hedge funds and private funds manage their mortgage assets.
