John Lawrence is a 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry, BSI said. He joins BSI Financial after serving as SVP and portfolio manager for PIMCO, where he managed all aspects of loan trading operations, participated in capital development, and was responsible for operations that supported consumer, student and auto loan investments. Lawrence was also a managing director for PennyMac, where he developed a post-closing and servicing platform to host 20,000 loans and was responsible for PennyMac's capacity planning and budgeting. Akshay Singh brings 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and management consulting to his new BSI position. e company says that prior to joining BSI Financial he was a Principal of North Cove Partners, a private equity group that was spun out of Merrill Lynch Private Equity, where he managed private equity investments totaling more than $1 billion in value. WELLS FARGO NAMES NEW CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Wells Fargo & Com- pany recently announced that Hope Hardison, who leads Human Resources for the company, will become Chief Administra- tive Officer, effective August 31, 2015. She will succeed newly retired Pat Callahan, who has been with the company for 38 years. Callahan has been Chief Administrative Officer since 2011, and also led the integration of Wells Fargo and Wachovia in the largest U.S. bank merger in history, the company said. Among her many key leadership positions, Callahan headed Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management and started the Corporate Social Responsibility function in 2008. She also has led Human Resources and Wholesale Banking Systems within the company. "It has been a privilege to be part of Wells Fargo for almost four decades and experience our company's growth through our focus on customers and helping them achieve financial success," Callahan said. "I am grateful to my colleagues who have contributed to a wonderful journey." Hardison, a 22-year veteran of Wells Fargo, will lead the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) that includes Corporate Communications, Government and Community Relations, and Enterprise Marketing. Human Resources will align with the CAO and remain under Hardison's leadership. ASSURE360 WELCOMES NEW VP OF SHARED SERVICES Technology and outsourcing solutions firm assure360 has announced that Tracy Wierzelewski has been named the company's VP of shared services, according to the company's Chief Operations Officer, Adam Hansen. In her role as VP of shared services with assured 360, Wierzelewski's primary goal will be initiating a project management office for the company. Her responsibilities will also include the leadership of business analysis, project management, procurement, and training programs, according to assure360, which is headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. "Tracy's vast experience and expertise in project management and implementation will be a great asset to our team," Hansen said. "Over the years, we've been successful in building and maintaining a team of skilled professionals that allow us to provide top quality products and services to our clients and Tracy is sure to uphold that standard in her position here." Wierzelewski's past roles include project manager for Project Leadership Associates, where she was responsible for program and project management, project scheduling, and implementation; and client services manager for Fidelity National Information Services. In all, she has more than 30 years of experience in IS/IT management roles.
