LRES NAMES NEW CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER LRES, a nationwide REO and appraisal management company providing property valuations, asset management, HOA, and technology solutions for the mortgage industry, has named Jeanee Chapman as the company's new client relations manager. In her new role as client relations manager, Chapman will lead the team that is responsible for ensuring client retention and satisfaction and resolving service or product issues. She will also identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients. Chapman has been with LRES since 2014, when she joined the company's national sales team. In her previous role with the company, she developed strategies to support the company's continued growth, and she brought 19 new clients on board in just nine months.
