illiam Glasgow is an industry
veteran serving as SVP &
Head of Mortgage Servicing
for HSBC Retail Banking
and Wealth Management. His nearly 50 year
career has spanned nine companies ranging
from Lomas & Nettleton where he served
for 20 years and ascended from manager
trainee to Executive VP of Servicing, to Citi,
BancBoston, HomeSide, Lending, Goldman
Sachs, Bear Stearns, One West Bank. He is
also the winner of the 2016 Five Star Lifetime
Achievement award presented at the Five Star
Conference and Expo. We caught up with
Glasgow to reflect on his career and get his
views on the state of mortgage servicing.
