80 NEW YORK Chase Announces Promotions in Originations Business Chase has announced three promotions in its originations business: Lawrence Bailey has been tapped as head of retail sales and Sean Grzebin and Greg Beliles have been named co- heads of Chase's originations business. Grzebin, who was previously head of retail mortgage banking with Chase, will assume the role of head of consumer originations (includ- ing home equity, retail, and consumer direct business) and Beliles will take over as head of correspondent originations. "ese changes position us well for the future and create mobility opportunities for many of our most talented leaders," said Mike Weinbach, Chase's CEO of Mortgage Banking. Bailey began with Chase as a senior lending manager 10 years ago and has worked as the bank's head of mortgage banking for California for the last four years. During that time, the region has ranked at the top in customer satis- faction and loan volume. "Lawrence has also been one of our best people managers, with some of the highest employee satisfaction scores in Originations," Grzebin said. "is is a well-deserved promo- tion for him." In his new role with Chase, Bailey will report to Grzebin and will manage the bank's national team of branch-based mortgage bank- ers consisting of seven retail regions—Midwest, Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, Great Lakes, Southern California, and New York/ New Jersey Metro. MASSACHUSETTS Altisource Expands With Foreclosure Auction Services Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A., a leading provider of real estate, mortgage and technology services, has expanded its servicer solutions businesses with its new Foreclosure Auction Services, according to a recent release from the company. With this new service, the company states that it will include support for the Federal Housing Administration's Claims Without Conveyance of Title (CWCOT) program, providing mortgage servicers with additional, accelerated real estate disposition strategies. "e mortgage servicing market is more demanding than ever as servicers grapple with compliance requirements, growing complexity and cost pressures," said John A. In addition, Altisource's notes that their track record of delivering results for mortgage servicers includes provision of services to five of the top 10 financial institutions and several special servicers across the U.S., more than 2.7 million property inspections performed annu- ally, more than 600,000 valuations provided annually, and more than 159,000 residential properties sold on Hubzu® with properties sold in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Adding to its suite of servicer solutions, Altisource has announced a comprehensive set of foreclosure auction services that lever- age Altisource's deep experience in real estate marketing and auctions. e first of these services is the pre-foreclosure marketing services which utilize Hubzu's proven digital market- ing platform and active investor base to provide significant exposure to foreclosure properties and auction events. Another one of the services is onsite foreclo- sure auctioneering which uses Altisource's na- tionwide network of auctioneers and proprietary technology to provide visibility, accuracy and compliance for successfully managing large- scale, on-site foreclosure auction events. Finally, the services also include online second chance auctions which are exclu- sively for HUD properties as part of the FHA's CWCOT program and utilize Hubzu's digital auction platform which has marketed and sold over 159,000 properties online.
