With the homeownership rate in the U.S. currently near a 50-year low,
there are now approximately 14 million single-family rental homes in the
country.
In order to tap into this multi-trillion dollar asset class, investors and
professionals in the single-family rental space gathered at the Second Annual
Five Star Single-Family Rental Summit (SFRS) held in Frisco, Texas, on
November 1-3.
At the event, attendees enjoyed panels from industry experts, TED Talks,
and networking opportunities.
Industry leaders discussed acquisition and disposition strategies; funding,
maximizing efficiency and profits when managing and rehabilitating single-
family rental properties, the value of technology, and more.
While the single-family rental market continues to redefine its borders,
navigating this complex and dynamic terrain takes careful planning and
strategic partnerships. e Single-Family Rental Summit provided an
important conduit for SFR leaders to have conversations that will continue
to push the industry forward for years to come. To learn more about future
