2 It's finally December From the Olympics to a historical presidential election, this year seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye. It's around this time of year that I find myself reflecting on all that has taken place in the past 12 months. I have to remind myself, though, that moving into the new year requires a forward-thinking mentality. e same rings true for our industry. Now more than ever it is important to reflect upon the lessons our industry has learned. But we must also remember to look to the future in order to continue to pursue an even better tomorrow for our peers and our consumers. In our cover story, we take the pulse of leaders in property preservation, property valuation, technology development, asset disposition, title and settlement, compliance, servicing, investment, and other areas of the industry and ask the question, "What are you forecasting for the industry in the coming year."
