RAMIE WORD, SVP OF PERFORMING SERVICING AT NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE Ramie Word serves as the SVP of Performing Servicing for Nationstar Mortgage, where she currently oversees acquisitions, service release, master audit, and written communications. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with over 16 years in the industry, she began her career at Beal Bank, working in collections and asset recovery. She started with Nationstar, which was formerly Centex Home Equity, in 2004. She has vast default experience leading REO, training, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, property preservation, and investor relations. MEG BURNS, PARTNER AT THE COLLINGWOOD GROUP Meg Burns is a Partner of the Collingwood Group, which she joined in 2014, and supports the firm's Business Advisory and Business Development practices. Prior to Collingwood, she served as the Senior Associate Director of the Office of Housing and Regulatory Policy at the Federal Housing Finance Agency and also previously led the agency's Office of Congressional Affairs and Communications.
