KATHY CUMMINGS, SVP OF HOMEOWNERSHIP SOLUTIONS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS AT BANK OF AMERICA At Bank of America Home Loans Neighborhood Lending, Kathy Cummings is responsible for managing nonprofit strategic relationships and the bank's Connect to Own fee-for-service program offering. Joining the bank in 2003, Cummings has served as Technology Service Delivery Manager and as National Pricing Manager, beginning her current role in 2008. Cummings has 25-plus years' experience with previous positions at National Production LOS, J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Prudential Home Mortgage. She attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis, volunteers in underserved communities, and is a member of the Community Link Board of Directors, NCHEC Advisory Council, and the National Industry Standards Advisory Council. JORDAN DORCHUCK, CMB, EVP, GENERAL COUNSEL, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER, AND SECRETARY AT BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES Jordan Dorchuck has earned distinction in several roles related to law and regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry. One of a few lawyers designated as a Certified Mortgage Banker, he is a past Chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association's Loan Administration Committee and the American Securitization Forum's Loan Servicing Sub-forum, where he also served on the board. He was a member of the executive committee for the HOPE NOW Alliance and the Housing Policy Counsel. A graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Dorchuck clerked for the late Hon. Oliver Seth, C.J. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, was a corporate partner in a Wall Street law firm, and has held senior legal positions at several mortgage-banking companies. MALLOY EVANS, VP OF SINGLE-FAMILY RISK MANAGEMENT AT FANNIE MAE Malloy Evans leads a team that manages the credit, counterparty, operational, and reputational risk and performance of Fannie Mae's single-family customers. In his role as primary risk executive, he provides risk management expertise and support to the Single-Family Department's customer delivery teams. Since joining Fannie Mae in 2004, Evans has also served as VP of Credit Portfolio Management Servicing and Making Home Affordable (MHA), VP and Deputy General Counsel for Government Initiatives, and an Associate General Counsel for mortgage securitization issues. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, he worked at Hunton & Williams LLP as a Corporate Associate. Evans earned a Bachelor of Science from Davidson College and a Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. YVETTE GILMORE, VP OF SERVICER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FOR SINGLE-FAMILY SERVICING AT FREDDIE MAC Yvette Gilmore was promoted to her current position in November after holding roles as Senior Director of Loss Mitigation Servicing and Director of Nonperforming Loans. She leads the team managing the relationships and performance of approximately 1,100 high- volume/high-risk servicers doing business with Freddie Mac. She also oversees teams managing servicing policy, quality assurance, operational risk, and portfolio and business management. Gilmore is the Chair of Freddie Mac's Servicing Leadership Council and its Servicing Advisory Council, as well as the Chair of the Women's Interactive Network. She previously held positions in default servicing at Washington Mutual, Aames Financial, Glendale Federal Bank, and IndyMac Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California-San Diego.
