JOE IAFIGLIOLA is the VP of vendor management for Safeguard Properties, the largest mortgage field services company in the U.S. Iafigliola leads the company's vendor recruiting, sourcing, execution, controls, and field quality control teams. His career includes senior positions with McMaster- Carr Supply Company, Newell/Rubbermaid, and Procter and Gamble. Iafigliola has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree from e Ohio State University's Honors Accounting program. He has supported clients in all facets of the mortgage industry for over 14 years, including brokers, bankers, non-bank servicers, investors, depository institutions and third party service providers. He regularly counsel's mortgage clients on issues of compliance, data privacy and regula- tory violations arising out state and federal law. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Naz- zaro was a VP and assistant general counsel with J.P. Morgan Chase providing support to each of their consumer lines of business. RYAN SCHUETTE is a journalist, cartoonist, and social entrepreneur with several years of experience in real-estate news, international reporting, and business management.
